HOW IT WORKS
We evaluate the building structure, wind load requirements, thermal performance needs, and architectural specifications.
Detailed engineering drawings are produced showing anchoring points, mullion layout, glass specifications, and expansion joints.
Aluminum mullions, transoms, and glass panels are fabricated or sourced to exact project specifications.
Anchor points are installed on the building structure. Steel embeds and brackets are verified for load capacity.
Vertical and horizontal aluminum framing members are installed, leveled, and secured to the building structure.
Insulated glass units are carefully set into the framing system, sealed with structural silicone and gaskets.
All joints are sealed, flashing is installed, and water management systems are verified.
Water infiltration testing, thermal performance checks, and final inspection with the GC and building owner.
